All orders are sent in the breeder's original seed packaging in plain crush proof envelopes via Royal Mail '1st Class - Signed For' service. You must be available to sign for your order otherwise a card should be left for you to advise you to pick up your order from your local post office/sorting office. The post office/sorting office only keeps packages for 14 days before returning them to sender.

All orders are shipped in plain packages (see Packaging for more information). Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Depending on the value of your order, you may be required to sign for your item.

If you have purchased via debit or credit card, you order will be dispatched 1-2 business days from date of purchase (unless an item is out of stock in which case we will contact you). You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. The following table shows the number of working days to expect your order from date of shipping:

You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your money order as soon as we have received it. If you do not receive an email from us, it means we have not yet received your money order payment. We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us, therefore we advise you to send via registered post (keep the receipt) and follow any suggestions on our Payments page. Orders are dispatched as soon as the money order has cleared in our bank account. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. Your card details are 100% secure. When you check out you will be taken to a secure area and the highest level of encryption used (128 bit SSL [Secure Socket Layer]). Your card details are passed straight to our payment processer for authorisation and are never stored by us so we never have access to your card number and CVV code.

Weed-Seeds.net displays product prices in Pounds Sterling (GBP) with approximate US Dollar (USD) and Euro (EUR) equivalents given for your reference only. Your debit or credit card will be billed in Pounds Sterling and your bank will convert the GBP amount into your currency (eg. convert into USD or EUR). Therefore, if you are paying via a non UK card, your final total may slightly differ to the approximate USD or EUR amounts stated on the website as obviously we cannot tell you which exchange rate your bank will give you on the date of purchase.

Most marijuana seeds are sold in packs of 10 seeds however there are some varieties that vary slightly and we recommend you check the amount of seeds listed with each strain type as each one is clearly listed.
